McHenry County Farm Bureau Women's Committee was honored with a gold star in committee awards competition among county Farm Bureaus in Membership Group IV. The Women's Committee also played a key role in securing two gold, two silver, and four bronze awards in the program competition among other county Farm Bureaus in the same membership group.
The committee's purpose is to contribute to the overall effectiveness of our organization by providing a program of work that is designed to educate youth and adults about agriculture. They also do program efforts in health and safety, agricultural product promotions and assist with Ag in the Classroom fundraising.
