McHenry County Animal Control (MCAC) is seeking help in finding barn homes for feral cats. This is where farmers/rural residents and their barns could come into the picture. MCAC is receiving assistance for spaying/neutering, Micro-chipping and giving the cats all their shots.
Farmers and rural residents can assist MCAC by providing food and shelter to these animals. If you are interested, please give them a call and let them know how many cats you would like. In addition to the cats, they would also provide you with additional information regarding techniques for introducing the cats to the barn.
